AI School 360 ("we", "our", "the app") is a school management platform developed and published on Google Play by Future Spark App Studio. Each app listing (for example, published under an individual school's name) is a white-labeled instance of the same AI School 360 platform, operated by Future Spark App Studio on behalf of that school, and used by parents (and, where enabled by the school, students) as their official parent portal to view their child's school records. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app displays, what limited information the app itself collects, and how we protect it, and it applies to every AI School 360 app published by Future Spark App Studio.
The app does not ask parents to submit or create new information. The following is entered and maintained by the school in its records system, and is simply displayed to the parent through the app:
Your data is only accessible to your own school's authorized staff and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising. We use Google Firebase as our backend infrastructure provider for secure authentication, data storage, and push notifications. Firebase acts solely as a data processor on our behalf and does not use your data for its own advertising purposes.
Student and parent records are retained for as long as the school's account with AI School 360 remains active, so that historical academic records (past attendance, fees, exam results, etc.) stay available to the school and parents. If a school discontinues the platform, or a parent/guardian requests deletion of their data, the relevant records are deleted within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required to meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Access to student and parent data is restricted by role-based permissions, so only authorized school staff can view records relevant to their role. Data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption.
Parents and students may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time. Requests can be made directly to their school administration, or by emailing futurespark.learning.solutions@gmail.com with the school name and the student's admission details. As the school is the data controller for records maintained on this platform, we work with the school to verify and process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
AI School 360 does not collect data directly from children. The app is used by parents (and, where enabled by the school, students) to view records that a school has entered on the student's behalf, under the supervision of the school administration. Any student data on the platform is provided and managed by the school, with oversight from parents/guardians. A parent or guardian who wants to review, correct, or request deletion of their child's data may do so at any time by contacting the school administration or the support email above.
